Cecile Fruman is the director of Regional Integration and Engagement in the South Asia Region for the World Bank. She is responsible for fostering collaboration between countries in South Asia and managing partnerships and engagements with regional and global development partners. The World Bank’s Regional Integration, Cooperation, and Engagement work supports regional activities in South Asia to promote economic connectivity, climate change resilience, and human development.
