Abhas Jha is the practice manager for Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management (South Asia Region) within the Urban, Resilience and Land Global Practice for the World Bank. He has been with the World Bank since 2001, working on policy reform and development finance across various countries. Prior to this, he was a member of the Indian Administrative Service, Government of India, for over 12 years.
